A lot of folks thought that when long-time Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman left the band in 1993, that he'd lost his flippin' mind! The Stones were still banking major cash from world tours during the 1990s, and it seemed like Wyman was turning his back on the band after 30 years. Still, you can't argue with the man's decision; he published his biography Stone Alone in 1997, beating bandmate Keith Richards by better than a decade, and later that year he formed his own band, Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings.
